Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide original invoice in the packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels will be at a cost for returns and no cost for exchanges.
Damages and issues
If you receive your item damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue which will be at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom made/personalized items), as we create these specifically for your order.
Exchanges
For any item that is custom, an exchange will not be applicable. If you have purchased a standard item and wish to change it to something else, you are able to request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
